Parans considered the Future of Lighting

Parans recently participated in a panel discussion about the future of light, organized by Future Design Days in Stockholm. Among the speakers were world renowned light designers Ingo Maurer, Paul Cocksedge and Moritz Waldemayer. To our pleasure, Parans solar lighting draw a great deal of attention and enthusiasm.
Ingo Maurer even expressed that he had an ongoing project in the US where Parans' solution would fit in great!
Quite unexpectedly, there was also a lively debate about the phase out of the incandescent light bulb. A majority of the panel defended its right to exist with regards to its high light quality. It was clear that high light quality is essential for the élite of lighting designers and that we have yet to see a qualified electric alternative. Perhaps this was the reason for the large interest in Parans' solution that brings in sunlight, which is available in abundance and has the highest light quality available.
